As a consequence of the rainy fall we could not harvest Hárslevelű and Yellow Muscat from the vineyards, on the other hand wonderful aszú berries were formed on Furmint. For the Sweet Szamorodni we collected only the bunches the contained at least 50% of aszú berries. After soaking for one night and pressing gently we fermented and aged the wine in barrels for 17 months.
In its color the gold miners would get lost, splendid gold sparkles in the glass. Sniffed in chilly mountain side breeze carries the ripe desiccated apricot's scent. A few matured figs take wing in the course of time. Rich with texture on the palate, the fresh fruits are offered to taste on the marketplace. Its structure and contents prove exultantly that excellent wines can be made also in the hardest vintages.
